Term & Conditions of Sale (Membership Contract):
** CONTRACT DURATION AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL **
The contract b
etween (The Member) and Steel Habitat Strength & Conditioning Ltd. is in force for 12 months from the contract start date, with automatic renewal for a further 12 months, unless cancelled by either The Member or Steel Habitat Strength & Conditioning Ltd. with notification of 28 days in advance of the last contracted billing date.

** AGREEMENT TO PAY RECURRING FEES **
The Members agree to pay 4 weekly or monthly recurring fees as follows.
£99.00 for every 4 weeks or £107 for every month’s membership at Steel Habitat Strength & Conditioning Ltd.’s gym via direct debit through MindBody & Optimal Payments.

** PLEASE BE AWARE **
Membership to Steel Habitat allows attendance to 3 coached sessions per week at Steel Habitat Strength & Conditioning Ltd., unused sessions DO NOT carry over from week to week or billing period to billing period.

** AGREEMENTS **
(a) When making a purchase The Member agrees to a recurring membership at Steel Habitat Strength & Conditioning Ltd. via an automatic charge to The Member’s credit/debit card (or via direct debit) every 28 days or monthly (as selected by The Member) for a contract period of 12 months, which automatically renews for a further 12 months unless cancelled by either The Member or Steel Habitat Strength & Conditioning Ltd. with notification of 28 days in advance of the next contracted billing date.
(b) The Member hereby certifies that they are the holder of the credit/debit card/bank account detailed when signing up to this contract via MindBody & Optimal Payments.
(c) The Member understand that the service will be deactivated if my account becomes more than 28 calendar days late.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy:

We are awesome on this issue and unlike like most commercial gyms we actually DO allow cancellation of contracts before the official end date if your circumstances have drastically changed.

However!

Notification and request for cancellation MUST be received at least 28 days in advance of your next billing date (example: if you are scheduled to be charged February 14th and you want to cancel for the month of February onwards, you must submit a cancellation form to by January 14th.)

This means that in effect you are only ever one payment away from being able to leave should your circumstances change, which is enough time for us to market and find a new member to fill your spot.

So PLEASE…

Have some respect and honour this part of this contract. We have bills to pay too.

We keep our word on everything we promise to deliver here at Steel Habitat (even backed up with a 100% money back guarantee) so we expect you to keep yours by honouring this cancellation policy and the terms of this contract.

With that being said…

(d) The Member understand that I must give a minimum of 28 days notice in advance of my next billing period to request cancellation of this contract.

With all of our programs/services we’re so confident in our systems that if you follow the program to the letter and don’t get drastically stronger, fitter and healthier then we’ll refund every penyt you’ve invested here at Steel Habitat.

This achieved via strength & conditioning training, coaching and nutrition advice/guidance delivered at our ‘address’ 3 times per week (per client) and online via our members-only website.
